Prepaidfactuur processes the data needed for invoicing and app usage. Security, data minimisation and transparent processing are important parts of that setup.
Account access
Access to the app uses personal login details. Use a strong password and do not share your account with unauthorised people.
Invoice data
Customer, product, invoice and expense data is used to show your documents and overviews inside the app.
Payment data
When you connect Mollie, payment processing runs through your own Mollie account. Prepaidfactuur stores only the connection and status data it needs.
Privacy documents
The Dutch privacy, GDPR and terms pages remain available in the footer. Translated legal pages follow in the separate MVP step.
